  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

  3. Ship the Item – Securely package the watch and ship it to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Damaged or Defective Products
