Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Receive Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Ship the Item – Securely package the watch and ship it to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

- Exchanges are available for the same model or another watch of equal or greater value (price differences may apply).
